Boron-free ECR fiberglass core with HTV silicone rubber sheds. Much lighter than porcelain, with hydrophobic sheds that resist flashover in coastal, desert and industrial pollution. Available as suspension and tension long-rod insulators for transmission lines and as solid-core station post insulators for busbars, disconnectors and surge arrester supports.

RIP Bushings

Oil-free, explosion-safe dry condenser bushings for transformer, wall-through and GIS applications.

Solid epoxy resin-impregnated paper (RIP) condenser core encased in hydrophobic silicone sheds. With no oil inside there is nothing to leak or burn, and maintenance is minimal. Can be mounted at any angle, from horizontal wall pass-through to vertical transformer lid. Flange dimensions and conductor interfaces can be matched to your existing bushings.

Cross Arm Insulators

Insulated composite cross-arms that replace steel arms and hanging insulator strings on transmission and distribution lines.

Monolithic composite cross-arms built from fiberglass rods with HTV silicone sheds. They remove insulator swing, so lines can use narrower corridors and more compact towers. Much lighter than steel arms with porcelain strings, which makes installation faster.

Proven condenser bushings with an oil-impregnated kraft paper (OIP) core, sealed in a porcelain or composite housing. Widely used on power transformers and shunt reactors. Supplied with test tap and oil level indicator, and available to match the dimensions of existing bushings for replacement.

SF6 gas recovery, purification and refilling units, from compact carts to trailer-mounted plants, plus gas analysers.

Recovers SF6 from circuit breakers, RMUs and GIS, removes moisture, acids and particles, and refills the equipment, without venting gas to the atmosphere. Available as compact carts for breakers, skid units for GIS bays and trailer units for full substations, with portable analysers for SF6 purity, moisture and SO₂.
